ベーグルの美味しさや楽しさを伝えたくてベーグルを製造販売しています。材料にこだわって、なるべくプランツベースな材料で身体にも心にも地球にも優しいベーグルを作りたいと思います。

地元産の野菜を調理したり、美味しいこだわりのピクルスを使って、エビアボガドや無添加ハムのベーグルサンドやフレッシュクリームチーズを使用してフルーツサンドやクリームチーズサンドを作っています。
